How to use multiple parties (tenants, buyers...)
New templates support multiple parties in a single contract.
When a template supports multiple parties (for example, multiple tenants), you will find a stepper with a counter in the fields panel.
Add and remove parties
- Click "+" to add a new tenant, buyer, etc.
- Each party has its own card with all required fields.
- The contract updates instantly: clauses that mention the parties adjust automatically.
- Click the trash icon to remove a party (as long as the template minimum is respected).
Templates indicate the min and max parties allowed in each case (for example, 1–5 tenants).
