What to do if the other party has issues with the form
Solutions when the recipient cannot access or submit the form.
If the other party tells you they cannot open the link or finish the form, it is almost always one of these issues. Go through them in order and share this article if you need to — it’s designed to be read without an account.
The link says it has expired
Form links are valid for a limited time for security reasons. If it expired, go back to the contract editor and click "Resend form": a new link will be generated that replaces the previous one.
They see 404 or "Invalid link"
- Make sure you copied the full link, with no spaces or line breaks.
- Some email clients shorten long URLs — paste the link in a new tab instead of clicking.
- If you deleted the contract, the form stops working too.
They cannot submit it
Usually because of required fields (marked with *) being empty. If there are required checkboxes, they must be ticked before submitting. The "Send" button stays dim until everything is complete.
