What you can build

Real use cases we designed the first iteration around.

HR automation

Offer letters, employment contracts and NDAs generated instantly from your ATS or in-house onboarding.

Real estate platforms

Lease agreements, addenda and renewals — fillable and signable without leaving your product.

Gestoría / law firm tools

Branded templates, batch generation, and verifiable archives with hash + QR code.

Freelance platforms

Service agreements ready to send the moment a proposal is accepted by the client.

Designed for developers

REST + JSON

Predictable endpoints, readable errors, a TypeScript SDK on the roadmap.

Bearer auth

Per-environment rotatable keys, resource scopes, full audit log.

Webhooks

Signed HTTP notifications (HMAC-SHA256) for key events: contract.created, pdf.downloaded, form.completed.

Honest rate limits

Clear headers — X-RateLimit-Remaining + Retry-After. No surprises.

Frequently asked

When will it ship?

The API is in active development. We will open access in phases, starting with invites, and you will get an email before each one.

Will there be an official SDK?

Yes — TypeScript/Node.js is the priority, Python follows once we see traction. The REST API will always be the source of truth.

How much will it cost?

Not decided yet. We will publish the details when the API is available; if you have a concrete use case, reach out and we will take it into account.

Want to be among the first?

Meanwhile, you can start using Runican for free and move your workflow to the API as soon as we open it.
