How to recover my account
Steps to regain access if you lose your password or your account email.
I forgot my password
Go to the login page and click "Recover password". Enter your email and we’ll send a reset link. The link expires in 24 hours for security.
I lost access to the linked email
- If you can still log in, go to Account → Change email and complete verification.
- If you can’t log in, email soporte@contratoapp.es from an alternative email with: original email, approximate payment dates and, if possible, the code of a verified contract at /verificar.
- We verify identity manually before transferring the account. The process can take 2–5 business days.
Enable two-factor authentication in Account → Security. It is the easiest way to avoid losing access.
