Who can see my contracts?
Privacy of your documents: who you give access to, what happens if you close the account, and what our team sees.
Can Runican employees read my contracts?
Not routinely. Your contracts are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Team access is limited to support operations after your explicit authorisation in a ticket, or by a justified judicial order.
Who else has access?
- People you invite as collaborators or signers on each contract.
- Anyone receiving the public link generated by the "Share contract" button — read-only, expires in 7 days.
- Anyone receiving a third-party form link (fills only their fields, does not see the rest).
What happens if I close my account?
You can request full deletion of your contracts in Account → Privacy. We keep a 30-day copy to undo the operation if you request it by mistake; after 30 days the deletion is irreversible. We comply with GDPR.
