Runican templates are for general use and prepared for everyday cases. They are private contracts between the parties. For complex or high-stakes situations we recommend consulting a qualified attorney.

What the template covers

• Correct legal structure and the mandatory clauses for the contract type.
• References to the current Spanish legislation when the template was loaded.
• Cryptographic traceability of the signed document (SHA-256 hash + verification QR).

What we cannot guarantee

• That the contract is optimal for your specific case. Templates are generic; a complex case (founders’ agreement, investment, sensitive IP) deserves individual advice.
• Validity in jurisdictions other than Spain without local adaptation.
