Our mission
Tools so anyone can handle their contracts
Before Runican, drafting a rental agreement or an NDA meant either hiring a lawyer or copying a random template from the internet. We built the third option: tools that let anyone create, fill in, use and store their contracts — with legal rigor underneath and an editor closer to Canva than to Word.
Every piece of Runican is a concrete tool: templates you watch become a contract in real time as you fill them in, forms so the other party can complete their details without an account, verifiable PDFs with hash and QR code, and a secure archive where your contracts are stored and always accessible.
