RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (USA)

Landlord agrees to rent to Tenant the property located at [Rental property address], Unit [Unit / Apt number] (the "Premises"), a [Property type], for residential use only.

The lease term is [Lease term (months)] months, beginning on [Lease start date] and ending on [Lease end date].

Either party must provide written notice of at least [Days notice required to terminate/not renew] days before the end of the term to terminate. Failure to provide notice will result in the lease converting to a month-to-month tenancy.
