Refund policy
Your 14-day withdrawal right under Spanish consumer law and how to request a refund.
As an online-purchased digital service in Spain, you have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right after subscribing, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
How to request the refund
- Email soporte@contratoapp.es with the account email and payment date.
- We process the refund in less than 7 business days.
- The amount is returned to the same payment method used.
Exceptions
The withdrawal right may not apply if you have consumed specifically personalised content or fully executed the service (for example, downloaded all plan contracts in the first days). We warn you before accepting the charge in those cases.
Outside the 14-day window we are not legally required to refund, but we review specific cases in good faith (duplicate charges, service downtime, etc.).
